Jake's background mainly includes working in roles with high level of client interaction and ensuring a good quality when delivering projects. He works mainly with new and existing Local Authority customers aiding in capturing requirements for build and liaising with Customer Success Managers. This also involves project administration, preparing resources for new customers and adhoc support for the Customer Success Team.

In his spare time, he's passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest psychological research, particularly in the fields of Occupational and Organisational psychology. This interest has led him to work on several papers, one of which was even published! He also enjoys playing Call of Duty and Assassin's Creed, where hecan unwind and challenge myself in a different way. Balancing both intellectual pursuits and a bit of gaming helps him stay sharp and motivated, whether he's working on research or just having fun.
