Helen has over 15 years Local Authority experience with Islington Council, specifically with Council Tax and Business Rates where she gained lived experience of the pain points of revenue collection. Her role with Voicescape as Customer Success Manager for Local Authorities is to help customers connect with the communities they serve. To ensure their projects are delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner, whilst collaborating with our Sales Team and Account Managers to achieve success for our clients.

Her claim to fame is meeting Valentino Rossi at Silverstone in 2019! She's passionate about motorbikes if that didn’t give it away. She loves the headspace it gives her, a good twisty road and breathtaking scenery. Most of the time there’s cake and coffee involved, so what’s not to love!
