Fran Maher

Implementation Specialist

Fran has worked within the housing sector for 12 years in numerous roles. She started out in supported housing for homeless males but has mainly worked within Income Teams in Collections and Financial Inclusion. Fran has worked both front line and within management roles at different housing associations over this time. Her role within Voicescape is Implementation Specialist, working with organisations to implement Caseload Manager.

"Since day one of starting at Voicescape I have felt so welcome! I am really looking forward to working alongside both colleagues and customers. I love the variety within this role, working with different teams allows me to build on my own knowledge which allows me to share best practice and to give a better service to our customers. I moved to Voicescape to be part of a team that allows Housing Providers to gain more meaningful engagement and communication from their customers especially within Income Collection, as I understand the challenges the sector is presented with. I am excited for the future here at Voicescape!"

Fran enjoys weight training at the gym, with her favourite lift being the deadlift! She gets great satisfaction on seeing the numbers on her personal best going up always pushing for a bit heavier! She is also animal mad and enjoys taking her Boston Terrier for walks and helping her friends with their horses when she has some spare time. If she hasn’t got a barbell in her hand or a dog lead, you’ll find Fran at a festival or in sunnier climates as she loves a holiday or trip away!
