Fiona focuses on ensuring customers receive ongoing value from Voicescape and our products through personalised support and education so that customers are always happy and well-informed. This involves gathering feedback from customers, resolving concerns or problems, providing help and support where necessary with product usage, updating customers on new developments and connecting them with other Voicescape products that solve their problems and help reach their goals. Ultimately, her role aids customers in having a great experience with Voicescape and achieving long-term success with our solutions.

Fiona enjoys listening to music, travelling, having fun with loved ones and writing, so she has a blog on Substack where she shares articles on politics and social issues, as these are big interests of hers. She also enjoys watching documentaries and trashy TV from time to time.
